The Center for Inclusion and Social Change offers 9 workshops facilitated by the Education and Social Change and Pride 办公室. All workshops are designed for CU Boulder undergraduate students, with the exception of SafeZone, which is designed for faculty and staff only. 研讨会 for Undergraduate Students
Social Identities is a 90-minute workshop designed for students to recognize their own intersecting identities and those of others, while learning to be empathetic and open-minded to the experiences of others. Note: Minimum 15 confirmed attendees required.
内隐偏见 is a 90-minute workshop designed for students to understand unconscious bias, embrace diversity and implement strategies and behaviors to challenge implicit bias.
包容的领导 is a 90-minute workshop designed for students to explore their values, their leadership style and how they can be inclusive leaders in their communities.
打断种族主义 is a 90-minute workshop designed for students to engage in dialogue across difference, learn bystander intervention strategies and understand their role in combating racism.
打断性别歧视 is a 90-minute workshop designed for students to recognize sexism and gender bias and learn strategies to promote gender equality.
交集 is a 90-minute workshop designed for students to recognize that multiple identities intersect and interact with each other and how those identities can affect their privilege in society.

Microaggressions is a 90-minute workshop designed for students to become aware of and explore various microaggressions, evaluate language and word choices and improve civil discourse and open exchange with others.
研讨会 for Faculty and Staff
SafeZone (facilitated by the Pride Office) provides participants with the skills to create inclusive learning and work environments for people of diverse gender identities and sexual orientations. We cover topics such as campus climate; campus resources; heteronormativity; and the spectrum of sex, gender and sexual orientation and relationships, as well as how these identities intersect with other facets of identity such as race, 宗教与国籍. Those completing the training receive a Safe Zone sign for their office to signify that they provide an inclusive space for people of diverse gender identities and sexual orientations.
研讨会 for Graduate Students
